U.S. Lacrosse Registration

All current officials need to renew their US Lacrosse membership by September 30, 2008 for 2009. This can be done online, faxed or mailed. A link to US Lacrosse is listed below. Please make sure you include our Colorado Local # 942063 on your registration.
NEW OFFICIALS NEED TO SUBMIT THEIR US LACROSSE REGISTRATION THROUGH THE CWLOA AT THE ADDRESS LISTED ON THE CWLOA REGISTRATION FORM.
